Tree of heaven - San Mateo Central Park
Found an un-named and secluded beach between San Gregorio State Beach and Tunitas Creek.
If you are driving south on Hwy 1, there will be a parking lot on the right (west) side of the road as soon as you cross the Tunitas Creek bridge. Just park there and follow the trail down - it is a steep descent/climb but there are ropes to hold on to.
